ILLUMINATE CLINICAL THERAPY

ART Therapy Services

A modern approach to therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) helps clients move past coping mechanisms and towards true long-term healing.

What is ART?

Accelerated Resolution Therapy, also known as ART, is an evidence-based form of psychotherapy. The practice utilizes bi-lateral eye movements to process out memory that perpetuates patterns and underlying beliefs that no longer serve the participant.

Building new connections

How ART Works

An individual specializing in ART can help a client use eye movements to process out unwanted body sensations, thoughts, and emotions. This puts both the mind and body in a calmer state and allows for the ability to replace negative thoughts and feelings with new connections, patterns, and beliefs.

Leveraging your own natural strengths

Can ART Help Me?

ART can be a transformative therapy for many individuals, since it allows clients to build on their natural strengths and problem-solving abilities, without forcing them into a state of complex emotional overload. ART effectively helps clients to move through blockages and overcome life issues where they otherwise have been stuck for a long time. By working to avoid emotional overload, we can move closer to underlying issues to dig deep into root problems to resolve ingrained trauma.

The Advantages of ART

One of the most significant advantages of ART is its ability to allow your left and right brain to communicate with one another better – even after just one session. This is critical in bringing relief to both your emotional and logical self. ART is also designed to resolve and heal. It does not just teach coping mechanisms. This allows for long-lasting changes and meaningful mental and emotional healing.
